Tuesday, April 30  | 11:13 a.m. | Harassment | Campus Safety

Police were contacted and advised a male from surrounding neighborhoods that he was forbidden to enter college property. The male had continually called, threated to show up to “clear the encampment,” and was seen on campus prior to police notification.

3:15 p.m. | Information | Pem Arch

Students were observed chalking under Pem Arch but left the area as Campus Safety arrived.

12:45 p.m. | Escort | Pem Arch

A student was escorted by Campus Safety through Pem Arch which was occupied by a large number of protesters chanting “From the river to the sea” and “Intifada.”

Wednesday, May 1

12:54 p.m. | Information | Pem Arch

Chalk messages were written on the ground including the above sayings.

1:57 p.m. | Information | Merion Green

A “from the river to the sea” sign was removed from along the walkway as students had felt traumatized being able to see it from their dorm and having to walk by it.                                

Thursday, May 2

6:24 a.m. |  Information | Merion Green

Approximately 100 signs stating “from the river to the sea and “Intifada” were removed from the green by staff.

10:40 a.m. | Information | Canaday Drive

A student approached Campus Safety about offensive graffiti “No More Money 4 Israel Crime” that made them feel unsafe. Grounds were notified.

11:43 a.m. | Suspicious Person | Erdman

A male was observed walking on campus making “finger guns” and pretending to shoot students. The male was located, identified, and advised that he would be considered a trespasser if he returns to college property.

1:23 p.m. | Medical Transport | Erdman

A student escorted to Bryn Mawr Hospital for medical emergency.

Friday, May 3

8:53 a.m. | Information | Campus Center

A student reported inappropriate signs written in chalk on the Campus Center steps.

10:32 a.m. | Medical Transport | Radnor

A student’s visitor needed medical attention and was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital.

1:33 p.m. | Information | Merion Green

A student reported antisemitic signs and chalk messages at Merion Green, Taylor Drive, and Pembroke Arch. Also

7:18 p.m. | Medical  Assistance | New Dorm                   

A student needed medical attention and was assisted by Campus Safety.

Sunday, May 5

1:24 a.m. | Investigation | Wellness Center

A male was looking for a student that was in previous communication with male, but he was asked to leave when the student advised Campus Safety, they didn’t want to speak with him. He left campus via Uber.

9:53 a.m. | Property Damage | Pembroke Arch

An employee in a work vehicle inadvertently backed into the two Ballard light pole fixtures causing both light poles damage and lights broken.

9:52 p.m. | Liquor Law | Radnor

Campus Safety responded for an intoxicated student. The student was deemed well enough to remain on campus.

There were no other significant incidents to report.
