School may be out until August, but campus is still abuzz with activity over the summer! From magic camp to math intensives, Bryn Mawr hosts a variety of summer programs for both on and off-campus partners. Take a look at all the activities happening at Bryn Mawr in the 101 days between Commencement and when our students return in August.
May Activities

Summer of Service
An opportunity for students to live, serve, and learn with others in the community. Ten undergraduates are selected to live together on campus and work at a fully-funded internship at a service or activism organization in the Bryn Mawr/Philadelphia region.

Careers in Library and Information Science Program
This full-time workshop for Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Swarthmore, and Lafayette College students introduces students to the field of library and information science and promotes opportunities for underrepresented groups in the profession.

Bi-Co Exploring Transfer Together
This year marks the inaugural session of the Exploring Transfer Together program, a free, coed, week-long immersive experience for community college students interested in transferring to a four-year liberal arts college. Students immerse themselves in the academic experience, network and build community, and gain skills to support their transfer success.

STEM in the Liberal Arts
STEMLA is a free, interdisciplinary, college-transition and mentorship program designed for first-generation, limited-income undergraduate students entering Bryn Mawr College. First-years come to campus early for a four-week program meant to introduce them to both the College and Bryn Mawr’s many STEM majors. Last year's cohort took a trip to a local anthracite coal mine as a part of their exploration of geology and more.

Move In
And with that, Summer 2025 is a wrap! After 101 days of summer, we will begin welcoming students back to campus on August 26th in preparation for the Fall 2025 semester.
