Teaching Assistant Workshop Registration Form

Once you have received notification that your application has been approved, complete the registration form (no later than June 1^st):

• TA Workshop Registration form for French Language TAs
• TA Workshop Registration form for German Language TAs
• TA Workshop Registration form for Italian Language TAs
• TA Workshop Registration form for Spanish Language TAs
