Rental Cars for College Business Travel
When renting a vehicle, please follow the guidelines below.
DO…
- Use the College’s account number below to reserve.
- Ensure PA sales tax is $0 before signing the rental agreement.
- Carry the College’s current insurance card (PDF).
DO NOT…
- Take additional insurance for continental US rentals.
- Select Add-Ons or Extras.
Be familiar with the College’s policies and procedures regarding travel
Enterprise Rent A Car
- Reserve Online - Enter location and dates. Enter the Corporate Account Number or Promotion Code and click continue.
- Reserve in person/Over the phone - Provide our account number to the representative.
- Corporate Account Number / Promotion Code can be found here.
National Car Rental
- Reserve Online - Enter location and dates, then under the Account Number/Coupons field enter in Account Number and click next.
- If you are not member of the Emerald Club for the College, click continue as guest.
- If you are already a member of the Emerald Club for the College, enter your username or member number and your password then click sign in.
- Reserve in person/Over the phone - Provide our account number to the representative.
