BMC Rowing: Learn to Row event and Erg-a-thon!
Learn to Row will take place from 12 to 1 p.m. on Sunday, February 16, with the 500m open challenge taking place at 1 p.m. The team will be relaying throughout the day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.. Whether you make a pledge or simply want to learn more about the sport, all are welcome! Want to support the Bryn Mawr Rowing Team towards their goal? Pledge in our Erg-A-Thon! Make a pledge to support our rowers as they row to our goal of 90,000 meters by donating a monetary amount directly correlated to each 1k rowed. We ask all donations be paid in full through check or cash by Saturday, March 1. Our erg-a-thon will run in team shifts from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 16. We will be tracking total meters rowed throughout the day. Our goal is to row a total of 90k in one day. e.g A pledge of $3 per 1k would amount to a total donation of $270 if we reached our goal. All donations will go to the general fundraising fund for the team to support a Bryn Mawr Rowing spring training trip!
