Avignon Info Session
Experience living in a walkable medieval walled city, take classes in several-centuries-old historic buildings, and attend Avignon’s world-famous incomparable theater festival, all in a family-like atmosphere. Founded in 1962 by Michel Guggenheim and René Girard, the Institut d’Avignon is a six-week intensive full-immersion summer program in French and Theater studies for undergraduate and graduate students, held in the Provence region of France.
