Zotero Support Specialist
LITS is hiring a Zotero Support Specialist for the 2023-2024 academic year. This is a great opportunity to get some teaching experience. The LITS Zotero Support Specialist manages group and one-on-one instruction in Zotero citation management software for Bryn Mawr students, faculty, and staff. Regular duties include leading bi-weekly workshops on Zotero (in person, on Zoom, or both) throughout the semester, troubleshooting Zotero questions for patrons by email, Zoom or in person, in addition to managing logistics and advertising for each session. Individual faculty may also request Zotero sessions for specific classes. The Support Specialist will work closely with Research & Instruction Service librarians for training and to field and answer questions about Zotero. No experience necessary and training and teaching materials will be provided.
