Benefits
Bryn Mawr College offers comprehensive and competitive benefit plans to our employees. All full-time and part-time employees working 26 or more hours per week (52 weeks per year, or 1,352 hours annually) are eligible for college sponsored benefit plans on the first day of the month on or following the date of hire. An overview of benefits are provided on the Human Resources website, but please refer to the 2024-2025 Benefits Guidebook, Handbooks and Policies and other provided plan documentation for complete details. Transparency in Coverage Rule (TCR) Machine-Readable Files (MRFs) Provision - The Transparency in Coverage Rule (TCR) requires health plans and plan sponsors to make in-network and out-of-network Machine-Readable Files (MRFs) available to the public. The College provides the following plans:
