New Student Information
Bryn Mawr Webmail: Bryn Mawr’s Office of Information Services will send e-mail account information to the address you included on your course enrollment form. You will need to stop by the Help Desk in Canaday Library or call the Help Desk at 610-526-7440 to receive a user name and password so that you can login.
Bi-Co Online Information Center (BiONiC): You will be able to view your course registrations, unofficial transcript, and student financials account in BIONIC.
E-Billing (Online Tuition Payments): Bryn Mawr College’s Student Financial Services Office will e-mail a tuition bill to your Bryn Mawr College e-mail address. You will be required to pay your bill electronically. Tuition is due on or before the first day of classes.
Moodle: Refer to Moodle for announcements and information on a regular basis. Most instructors use Moodle for course syllabi, readings and assignments. If your course does not appear in Moodle, it is possible your instructor is not using the system or has not yet “activated” their course. Note: Confirmation of your enrollment is done on BIONIC, not Moodle.
OneCard: Obtain a Bryn Mawr College OneCard (photo ID) to gain access to library services and campus buildings. Visit the OneCard office located in the Cartref Building (at the end of Merion Ave.) to have your ID picture taken and receive your OneCard. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. You will need to know your Bryn Mawr Student ID number.
Parking: Parking on campus throughout the year, including break periods, is between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, by permit only. To obtain a parking permit for the fall semester only ($50), go to Bryn Mawr's Campus Safety office to personally register your vehicle. If you register on-line, you will automatically be charged the $100 parking fee for the year. The dispatcher in Public Safety will need to see proof that you should only be charged $50 for a parking permit. Margo Schall can provide you with a letter to provides this proof. In addition to Margo's letter, please bring with you the following information about your vehicle (Make, model, year, color, license plate number, state) and your insurance company.
Parking permits allow for parking in the BLUE DOT spaces in the campus center lot behind Radnor Residence Hall. Overflow parking is available in the athletics lot near Ward. See the campus visit page for maps and directions.
Bryn Mawr students cannot park at Haverford between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Students are expected to use the Bi-Co Transportation system.
