Kal Skye received their master’s degree in social work with a clinical concentration from the University of Kansas and has worked in various social work settings, including child welfare, refugee resettlement, and hospice care. Specializing in Narrative Therapy and NET, Kal believes stories in all forms hold the power to transform and heal us.   In 2023, Kal was honored with the L. Diane Bernard Award for LGBT and Human Sexuality Projects. Kal’s research combines their background in art and therapy, using art-based methods to explore the ways marginalized individuals move through environments.
