Dear all,
Last spring, LITS launched a project to migrate our College email and calendar services from Zimbra to either Google Apps for Education or Microsoft 365 after Commencement in May 2016. We've spent the fall talking with community members about their needs and wishes. As we solidify requirements, we'd like to point you to a few introductory videos* that will give you an idea of how both platforms address our most common tasks:

*Videos are provided by our online learning tool lynda.com. Use your Bryn Mawr username and password to log in. Videos about additional features of both platforms are also available on lynda.com.
What's next?
- Office 365 or Google decision announcement: by December 2015
- Demonstrations and training opportunities: Spring 2016 through Fall 2016
- Announcements of actions required as implementation and cut-over approach: Spring 2016
- Downtime and cut-over to new system: shortly after Commencement 2016
