My favorite dining hall meal was Beef Stroganoff with buttered noodles, or even better if it was served with buttery potato pierogies. If I walked into Rhoades dining hall and saw that was for dinner ... aw yeah. I also remember eating roast duck with dark cherry sauce at the pre-winter break holiday dinner. It was my first time eating duck, and I loved it.
