Initiatives in Progress

Strategic visioning work is centered around small- and large-group listening during the fall 2024 and spring 2025 semesters, surveys of faculty, staff, and students, and an in-depth review of the 2018-2024 strategic planning work done prior to President Cadge's arrival. 

All Bryn Mawr community members are welcome to participate in this thought-provoking series of conversations. 

This event series, formerly known as Advancing Inclusive Excellence, aims to bring visiting experts, artists, and thinkers to the Bryn Mawr campus to share their work.

A multi-year collaboration between Monument Lab and students, staff, faculty, and alums to design a thoughtful process for commissioning a lasting campus public artwork that responds to the legacy of exclusionary practices at the College. 

As part of the honor of receiving an endowed chair, faculty are invited to give a lecture to share their research with the Bryn Mawr College community. This lecture series is one of the ways that we uplift the tremendous scholarly achievements of our faculty.

Named “Teaching on Innovation in the Liberal Arts” the committee–supported by student research assistants–is asking fascinating and important questions.
